New Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Update Allows Cross-Platform Gaming

Yes, you heard correct. Now, those who play Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition and Minecraft: Pocket Edition are able to play with each other whether they are using iOS, Android, Windows phones, or Windows 10 systems! The new update allows 5 people from both of these games to play with each other and even includes a medley of creatures, blocks, and features.

Some of the big updates for both systems include the experience and hunger bars, enchantment tables, anvils, brewing stands, The Nether, and the ability to breed mobs. Of course, there’s a ton of extra updates if you want to take a look here.

Minecraft: Pocket Edition is $7.99 USD in all three compatible stores and Minecraft: Windows 10 Minecraft-Pocket-EditionEdition is $9.99 USD for a limited time, or you can get it for free if you purchased Minecraft for iOS or a previous version of Windows.
