Wii Sports Club – Golf was announced during this morning’s Nintendo Direct and is now available on the Wii U eShop. Golf joins Tennis and Bowling as the three sports that are currently available in Wii Sports Club. When players play Golf, they will take advantage of the Wii U GamePad by placing it on the floor in front of their TVs, and they’ll use a Wii Remote Plus to swing at the ball on the ground enabling more precise control with each stroke. Wii U owners can experience a free 24-hour trial of Wii Sports Club right now. This trail will let players sample all three available sports. After the free trail is over you can purchase a 1-day pass to gain access to all sports for $1.99 or if you want to keep a certain sport forever, you can purchase it for $9.99. Nintendo also mentioned that Boxing and Baseball will be coming to Wii Sports Club in 2014.
